Casual-chic summer shorts outfits for every occasion

I have been looking forward to this weekend for some time. We are heading to wine country and wine + food + friends makes for the perfect combination.

And it’s beautiful weather - warm and sunny - which always lifts my spirits.

I picked up these darling striped shorts while in SF the other day and was inspired to round up some others. For a pull-on style, I opt for high waist to keep the shape from looking too relaxed. These shorts pair well with oversized linen shirts or bodysuits and cropped tanks (also great over one-piece swim!). They’re easy, breezy making for a great summer uniform as the warmer weather approaches.

I’m pairing my outfit with an Amazon bodysuit, simple, strappy low heeled sandals and my new favorite straw bucket bag.
