Strawberry vodka mule

My most popular cocktail recipe to date…this is the perfect summer sip!

Inspired by the tastes of summertime and the upcoming American holidays, this drink is simple, refreshing, and beautiful. This seasonal take on the classic mule adds a bit of sweetness with ripe strawberries.

You can make this as a batch cocktail for parties, but its easy enough to make right in your copper mug, too!

Get juicy with it

• 2 parts vodka

• 1/2 part lime juice

• Strawberries (I used ~4-5, no leaves)

• Ginger beer

Cut leaves from strawberries and muddle/mash until smooth (I did not use a strainer). Fill a copper mug with ice. Add vodka, lime juice, muddled strawberries and stir. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a strawberry and mint leaves, sip, and enjoy!

Make sure to serve this for the Fourth of July or any summer barbecue!
