How to shop my blog, Instagram and LTK
Hey friends! Blogging has been a fun outlet for me, and I wanted to say thank you again for all your support! While monetizing this blog is not a driving factor for me, I do spend a lot of time and energy bringing you content that I hope you enjoy and get inspired by!
As part of this journey, I’m happy to say that I can now provide you with a better experience on my site and social using a platform called LiketoKnowit or LTK. LTK is an affiliate platform. This means, when you shop through my LTK, I make a small commission at no extra charge to you. This supports me and allows me to create free valuable content consistently for you.
How to sign up for LTK
You can download the LIKEtoKNOW.it app on your phone. Next, make an account by signing in with your Instagram or just create a new account. Once you’re all set up, search for @southerlyinthecity and follow me there!

Once you’re on my profile, you can either search my LTK shop for something specific or scroll through and browse.
If you tap on a post, you’ll see details of the products I link. I will always try to link to exact products but sometimes things sell out or I find a better price, so similar items are linked as well. Collage posts are usually for inspiration or things that I’m eying and think you’ll also love!

LTK helps make it easy for you to shop the looks I post on Instagram. You can typically screenshot a post and then when you open the LTK app, it will take you directly to the post so you can shop the look. I also share product links in Instagram stories, but as you know stories only last 24hrs, so its best to follow me on my blog and directly on LTK so you won’t miss anything!

My site is the heart of the blog, and I’d love for you to be a part of this exclusive space. Ultimately, I have plans to send a newsletter (not spam!) with unique content, but I’m still in the early stages of content creation, so for now I’m focused on maintaining my posts in general.
In all my posts, I try to link to as many products you see as possible so if something catches your eye, you know where to find it! Some posts will have embedded links while others will have a “Get/Shop the Look” feature showing you the linked products similar to LTK.
