Frozen spiked lemonade pops

These easy lemonade pops are the perfect summer treat! And how cute are they!?

I used paper mouthwash cups, but you could use a popsicle mold if you have on hand. For the best ombre effect, do NOT mix/stir the grenadine. It will sink to the bottom naturally. Due to alcohol, these will not freeze solid so do not remove until ready to serve. To make a mocktail, simply omit the vodka. If you’re making both, use a different color cup to distinguish! They will go fast!

Get juicy with it

You’ll need the following to make:

πŸ‹ Lemonade (I used store bought but you could make your own)

πŸ‹Vodka

πŸ‹Grenadine

πŸ‹Lime slices (they fit the cup size perfectly)

πŸ‹Small cups (in lieu of a popsicle mold but totally use if you have one, just adjust measurements)

πŸ‹Popsicle sticks

Combine lemonade and vodka to tase. For 4 pops, I used 1 cup lemonade and 1/4 cup vodka. Pour mixture into cups. Add a few drops of grenadine. Take lime slices and pierce carefully with popsicle stick. Place the stick into your cup with the lime on top. Freeze for 4+ hours. To remove the cup, cut a small piece and begin to unwrap carefully.

Cheers!
