A classic, edgy (Valentine’s) date night look

With Valentine’s just around the corner, I’m seeing lots of outfit inspiration in the form of ruffles and pink. I like the subtle pink hues but given my more modest style, I opted for a classic look to inspire your Valentine’s plans. We’re going for feminine but with an edge!

I’ve had this beautiful deep red leather jacket in my closet for a few years. Leather jackets are a staple in my book, especially in an urban setting. I paired it with a simple white cami that has a little lace for that feminine detail. You could wear this with dark denim as well, but I went with my favorite black skinnies and go-to booties.

Add in some simple jewelry to complement the hardware on your jacket and complete the look. Now you’re ready for a night on the town!
